Service Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation or organisation service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service and the timing of the cancellation.

Cancellation Timeframes

Consultations

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Organisation Services

For full organisation projects, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Partial refunds may be available depending on the amount of work already completed or supplies already purchased.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the circumstances of cancellation:

• Consultation fees are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• For completed organization projects, refunds are generally not available once work has been completed and accepted
• If a service is cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided
• Partial refunds may be available for services cancelled after work has begun but before completion

Supply Purchases

If we have purchased supplies on your behalf for an organisation project, and you cancel the service, you may be responsible for the cost of supplies that cannot be returned. However, we will work with you to minimise costs and may be able to return unused items where possible.

Unsatisfactory Service

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the completed organisation service, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and may provide additional services or adjustments as appropriate.
